HDI Customer Self-Service Platform
At the culmination of my journey with HDI, I led the design of HDI Contigo, a product that reflects my commitment to excellence. I deeply explored the company’s processes, from legal considerations to the customer experience, crafting a seamless end-to-end solution aligned with the company’s vision. As the driving force behind this groundbreaking project, I digitalized the entire customer experience, conducting in-depth research and defining key aspects within a tight two-month timeframe. I also delivered the company’s first Digital Brand Guidelines and Design System, setting new standards for innovation and customer-centricity.
Ajustador Digital
I was entrusted with designing a cutting-edge app for Ajustadores to report car accident details for their clients. Through careful design, I created a seamless user experience that streamlined the reporting process, enabling quicker, more efficient service. Collaborating closely with Ajustadores, I gained deep insights into the challenges they face in critical moments, ensuring the app facilitated their tasks and offered clients seamless accessibility. Extensive field research, inspired by successful apps like Uber, resulted in a powerful tool that not only met Ajustadores' needs but also set a new standard in the industry.
Smart Office
This innovative app empowers insurance agents with a comprehensive toolkit, allowing them to manage all aspects of their work directly from their smartphones. With its seamless functionality and user-centric design, Smart Office redefines convenience and productivity, revolutionizing business on the go. As project lead, I oversaw research, design, validation, and implementation, managing complexity and optimizing processes to deliver a high-quality product. Throughout the project, I prioritized user-centered testing to ensure the app met the highest standards and addressed our users' needs.
HDI’s Intranet
At the start of this project, the company's intranet was a cluttered HTML file with numerous links and poor user-friendliness. Recognizing the need for change, I set out to understand each department’s unique needs and consolidate vital information into a centralized, accessible source. Through workshops and collaboration, I gathered requirements and crafted a solution that streamlined operations and enhanced cross-department collaboration. My ability to navigate complexity and deliver a user-friendly, cohesive intranet ensured its success and value across the organization.
