HDI Customer Self Service Platform
At the culmination of my journey with the company, I proudly led the design of HDI Contigo, the latest product that epitomizes my dedication to excellence. Throughout this project, I delved into the intricacies of the company's processes, from the legal intricacies to the ultimate customer experience. With an intimate understanding of every aspect, I crafted a seamless end-to-end solution that resonates with the company's vision and elevates the customer journey to new heights.
As the driving force behind the company's most crucial and groundbreaking project, I spearheaded the digitalization of the entire customer experience for HDI. Faced with the immense challenge of starting from scratch, I embarked on in-depth research and meticulously defined every aspect of the project within a tight timeframe of just 2 months. With unwavering determination, I successfully delivered the first-ever Digital Brand Guidelines and Design System for the company, paving the way for seamless development and setting new standards for innovation and customer-centricity.
Ajustador Digital
I was entrusted with the exciting opportunity to design a cutting-edge app exclusively utilized by Ajustadores to report the intricate details of car accidents for their clients. Through meticulous craftsmanship, I ensured a seamless user experience and delivered a powerful tool that streamlined the accident reporting process, empowering Ajustadores to provide swift and efficient service to their valued customers.
Designing this app proved to be one of the most thrilling and impactful experiences of my career. Collaborating closely with Ajustadores, I gained invaluable insights by witnessing firsthand the challenges they face in helping clients during a car accident. Understanding that every second counts in such critical moments, I strived to create an app that would facilitate their tasks and offer clients seamless accessibility.
To ensure a unique and innovative product, I conducted extensive field research and drew inspiration from successful apps like Uber. The result was an exceptional app that not only addressed Ajustadores' specific needs but also elevated the overall experience for both clients and the dedicated team, leaving a lasting impression in the industry.
Smart Office
This innovative app empowers insurance agents by providing them with a comprehensive toolkit, enabling them to efficiently handle all aspects of their work directly from their smartphones. Through seamless functionality and user-centric design, Smart Office redefines convenience and productivity for insurance professionals, revolutionizing the way they conduct business on the go.
As the project lead, I took on a multifaceted role encompassing research, design, validation, and implementation of this expansive product. The journey taught me valuable lessons in managing complexity, optimizing processes, and delivering with utmost speed and quality. Amidst numerous functionalities and the project's scale, I remained committed to user-centered testing, ensuring that the end result met the highest standards and catered precisely to our users' needs.
HDI’s Intranet
At the onset of this project, the company's intranet was a simplistic HTML file, cluttered with numerous links and lacking user-friendliness. Recognizing the need for a transformative solution, I embarked on a mission to comprehend the unique requirements of each department and consolidate all vital information into a unified, centralized source of truth. This became the driving force behind the project, as I endeavored to craft an intranet that would streamline operations, enhance accessibility, and foster seamless collaboration across the entire organization.
In this project, I faced an exhilarating challenge: understanding the intricacies of each department within the company, each with its unique and diverse set of needs. Through a series of insightful workshops and brainstorming sessions, I diligently gathered and defined all requirements, paving the way for a simple, yet accessible solution that catered to every individual in the organization. My ability to navigate through complexity and devise a cohesive approach ensured that the final product would be embraced and valued by all stakeholders.
